  Our investment group worked with Adam on a real estate transaction for a renovation project. We had just left a lender that was giving us the run around and Adam stepped in, got ahold of the project, quickly worked through underwriting and funded well before our previous lender was going to be able. His communication was fantastic, his knowledge of Precision's credit policy was awesome and the rest of the team was extremely responsive and willing to help. Not only are we going to continue to use them as our debt partner on our projects, but we'll be spreading the good word of their capabilities!

Overall the goal is to assist in increasing the value and utility of real properties and produce a secured and steady cash flow return to investors.   I have invested with Precision Capital for a number of years. They use my money to make first mortgage loans to people who need funds for a relatively short term for flipping houses or bridge loans. What better way to get a 6-9% return on my money monthly secured by a pool of 80% or better loan to value loans.
