  Precise Title is the most honest Title Company in Brevard. They give you the lowest rates available by law and are always looking for ways to save you money! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've used them multiple times and highly recommend them!

  Karen and her team are the best I have ever used. I have had many closings, but none go as smoothly as the ones I have done at Precise. I will only use Precise Title when ever possible.

  Do not use this company. They did not search according to industry standards and missed a lean on my title. They also missed a bunch of documents that needed to be signed at closing. The lender, seller, city, and myself had to correct everything. I had to get another search on my title with a different company. And to top it off, Precise Title was extremely rude and would not accept responsibility even though it was obviously their fault through the whole process.

  I ran a data base search under your name and found no record in our system. We did locate a recorded Deed under your name prepared by our competitor (familiar to our name) in 2016. My apology that I have no contact information to speak with you personally.

  Precise Title forgot to search for open permits and notices of commencement. We had problems within a couple days after closing. It was a very bad experience and they handled the situation very unprofessionally. There are plenty of Title companies around, do not take the unnecessary risks of dealing with this one.

  The transaction closed on February 14, 2018. This was brought to my attention on February 22, 2018 and I immediately reached out to Mr. Gilger to introduce myself, apologize and requested time to investigate to resolve. Contractor's Final Affidavit and Release of Lien was signed on January 25, 2018, prior to closing to terminate the Notice of Commencement. The Contractor paid for a final inspection. The City went to inspect the property and no one was home. The City had to reschedule the inspection. It was unfortunate and upsetting the inspection had to be rescheduled. The permit was closed on February 23, 2018 and was very pleased with the results.

  Precise Title did my husband and I’s closing in April 2019. They were professional, welcoming and I could tell that they have been in business for a long time as they were so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Precise for such a smooth closing!
