  Erik Reed is one of the best people I've ever dealt with in a business capacity and I've worked with a lot. He is conscientious, helpful, caring, patient and an all-around wonderful asset to The Mortgage Firm. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a mortgage lender, try to hook up with him because he is the best!

  I recently purchased a house using Christine's company, the Mortgage Firm. I had an absolutely professional, positive and impressive experience with her and her staff. They are very organized, knowledgeable and responsive. They tell you up front what to expect and will help with various scenarios (VA, Conventional, 0 down, etc...) to find what works best for you. The communications and feedback is clear, concise, timely and continuous throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend, and I have done so, using her for your home loan needs. I can't say enough positives about what a great experience I had. If you haven't secured a home loan in a while, things have really changed and her company is on top of it.

  As a first time home buyer using the VA loan, I wasn't sure what to expect going through the loan process. Of course I shopped around and talked to a couple different loan reps and got a couple different numbers (wouldn't recommend Chase bank). Ultimately, I decided to use the the Mortgage firm as they were a local lender (I prefer a company who can explain things in person) and were among other lenders in rates. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Christine helped explained everything along the way and even gave me a worst case scenario on what the costs would be, based on Home owners insurance, property taxes, closing cost, etc. Everything was on the table so there wouldn't be any surprises. Her team was was very professional, friendly, and quick. I was able to close on the home sooner than originally projected. Her knowledge and experience was able to get me savings back to my pocket in closing costs. What was really nice is that she was there for questions during the whole process and even attended the title and document signings to make sure everything went through smoothly. If your buying a home, I would highly recommend The Mortgage Firm.

  Your entire staff was dedicated to helping my wife, and I achieve our goal of purchasing a new home with as little drudgery and frustration as possible. Buying a home is never a simple undertaking, and when you have a busy career such as mine (attorney), it can be that much more difficult.   Caryl has made this entire process super easy and understanding. I had quite a bit of questions and she explained everything over and over until I fully understood.
