  Melissa Guerra is your go-to for your house purchasing purposes!! She has been incredible from step one. I was always able to reach out to her when I needed her and she works alongside great contacts which help the process get done quickly! My wife and I began working with her after we switched from a system that was not working for us. Melissa told us that she could get us to close on our new home in thirty days; it only took her two weeks! Could not recommend high enough!

  I was referred to Melinda. However I have not had a good experience as someone trying to be a first time home buyer. 5 days after giving her all of my information and being told I was preapproved I still had not received my preapproval letter. I have had to ask for this letter multiple times, in which I still have yet to receive. This caused me to miss out on the house I fell in love with.
