  We were referred to pre-owned motor cars by friends who were prior customers. They highly recommended this company. We had previously planned to buy a vehicle from a new car dealership. At pre-owned motor cars we met friendly knowledgeable professionals. We met the owner and sales manager as well as our salesman Tom. They had a good selection of quality used cars. We found a excellent vehicle that met our needs. They provided a complete and free car fax vehicle history for us to review. We were able to negotiate a fair vehicle price and opted for an extended six year warranty . We felt no pressure to buy or up sell us something that we didn’t want. We are very satisfied with Our experience at Pre-Owned Motor Cars And highly recommend them to others who are considering a used vehicle.

  I just moved out to Kona not too long ago and which I had no credit at all. Even with the small amount for down payment and no credit Joe and Ryan walked me through step by step and made this experience so easy and stress free. I thank them so much for my first car experience in the states and I will definitely recommend this to anyone that had no credit or small down payment.

  This is the second car I have purchased from Pre-Owned Motor Cars. Each time Roger was great at listening to what I wanted and my price range. He showed me several cars within that range and allowed me to make a decision. I appreciate that from a car salesman. I can’t recommend them enough, and specifically Roger. He was great.

  Shinjo was AWESOME! Showed us a variety of cars, listened to our needs and wants, roped in the big guns to make it happen and we walked away HAPPY! Never felt strong armed or pressured into buying something out of our range. We did not expect to walk out with a 2019 Chevy but they went above and beyond! If you're looking for a car go see Shinjo!!!

  Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us. Pre-Owned Motor Cars is a well orchestrated team. Salesman Joe Cox was stupendous! He had our paperwork delivered to my husband (Sam's) workplace for his signature. We were able to complete the buying process in a little over 2 hours which enabled Sam to report to work on time. We were also able to avoid further costly Holiday auto rental charges. Pre-Owned values their customers and offers the best prices on high quality vehicles.   Chris was absolutely fabulous! The loan process was flawless and he had our van clean and ready to go with the signing of a few forms.
