      Beware, they will steal your application fee. 8 years of 100% on time rental history, criminal background clean, 100% on time credit card payments, 628 credit score. I had one account that was delinquent for $500 and they denied me. I told them I would take care of it and reapply and they said I can't reapply for a year, what a rip off!!!

      Liars down in Northfield Prairie Lakes. Tell you one thing to your face when really the opposite is happening. Put in a maintenance request also, while living there and it went unanswered for 6 months.

      Dont answer the phones, just send out mass texts when the hot water is off. Been off since Thursday morning. They think they may fix it Monday. Who needs that?
