  Must say they are the best credit union . I have been with them for years and the customer service is Always Amazing . The amount of things they have to offer is amazing I’m truly happy to bank with them . The only thing I do think needs improvement is the app they can make the app a little more modern day looking but other than that no complaints. The wait time is never long I always get 1 call resolution . Thank you power financial

  I’ve been a member since 1994. Worst customer service ever. Definitely don’t want to help in anyway ~ highly DONT recommend them.

  One of the worst credit unions in South Florida. They have a daily limit of how much you can spend on your debit card which is $2000. When you call to request a one time increase limit, they urge costumer to send a letter with driver’s license to request one time increase. Other credit unions like Space Coast have a daily limit of 10k. They claim the daily limit is to protect the costumer but we all know that’s BS. One time my card was hacked and they made me jump through hoops to put in a request to have my funds returned. They want faxes etc. Power financial is a joke.

  doing a balance transfered they screwed up my account with another bank. I had a perfect 75k credit line and they closed my account during the transaction with the other bank . Without my authorization. Worst bank ever. Run. no support and no helped me after they caused me a major headache.

  It doesn't get any worse than powerfi. We wanted to support a small local credit union and did banking there for the better part of a decade. The app and website are buggy and slow, but we were willing to compromise so we could support a small credit union. However, they always seem to resent their customers. We didn't need help very often, but when we did, it was consistently poor customer service at the call center. Worst banking experience I've had.

  Great customer service... They are always willing to help me in times of need. They offer a large number of loan options, their mobile app is awesome and allows me to login with my fingerprint, and they have three new branch locations for easy access.

  Power Financial cares about its employees, its members, and its local community. They constantly are part of volunteer events, they put their members above profit, and I am happy to be a part of Power. Things may have been a bit rough during a software conversion that happened for about a week last year, but I can speak from experience that if you give Power a try you will not be disappointed!

  I agree with the above. This Credit union has change and it is no longer a credit union anymore it is a bank for profit and pushing their employees to meet their monthly goals! I have my mortgage with them since 2004. In 2008 they started charging checking account service fees even when you transfer or deposit money from another credit union. There are other credit unions out there that don't charge a dime. Do the research you have the power, not them.
