  I am a first-time home buyer, so you know I didn't know what to do or except. Dakota was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the whole process. She took the time to break down everything for me, so I could fully understand what was been explained to me. This whole process was very easy, but definitely a lot of information to obtain and understand. I felt like Dakota was by my side throughout the whole process without really being there in person. I will definitely be referring my friends/family to my Realtor and the Powell Home Mortgage team 😊!!

  I couldn’t have asked for anyone more helpful than Dakota. I knew absolutely NOTHING about what it took to buy a home, but with Dakota, it was easier than I expected. She was also able to get creative to get me a larger loan than I thought possible - can’t recommend Dakota enough!

  I worked with Dakota at Powell Home Mortgage and had a great experience. It was my first time purchasing a home and they had great up-front communication, they were very responsive to my questions, were explanatory when needed, and got me a good deal on my mortgage.   If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dakota Baisa at Powell Home Mortgage was recommended through a general contractor that I know. Dakota went over and beyond to help me get everything I wanted and needed. We ran into a few glitches and she took care of everything and we were still able to close on time. She kept me updated constantly on next steps, etc. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend highly.

  I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I am writing this because my experience with this company and working with Dakota Baisa is extremely worth sharing with others! This was my first time buying a home. Dakota was recommended to me by a friend and she definitely far exceeded my expectations. She made the new and somewhat intimidating process very comfortable and personal. She was very attentive and responsive to any and every question I had along the process. Dakota was very personable and professional. I was blown away by the amazingly low fixed interest rate I able to receive on my loan. She is definitely my go-to person for the next home I plan on getting.
