  As a first time home buyer, I immediately felt comfortable after my initial conversation with Paul. He was always professional and always gave options and explained how each option could fit with my long term goals. Paul always took the time to answer any question and go through anything in detail to ensure I felt comfortable and knowledge through each part of the process before and after offer. I was using a big mortgage company prior but the level of personalization Paul and his team provides is second to none. His willingness to find ways to make sure you can afford your house is what sets him and his team apart. I would highly recommend Paul to any first time home buyers looking for a house or for anyone that wants a dedicated lender to have your best interest.

  Taylor gets it done. He genuinely is the best service provider with which I have ever worked. In the six or so weeks of working with him on my mortgage, he literally never missed a phone call. He encouraged all questions that I had, and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the answers. He was always willing to roll up his sleeves with me, and make sure we were being as thorough as possible. I've given Taylor's contact to half-a-dozen friends or so, and they are all just as pleased with the service/rate. I can't recommend Post Creek enough, and this will be the only phone call I make in the future.

  Do not hesitate, call Paul Cook! My phenomenal realtors, Stephanie and Jeffrey Stevenson (Solid Source Realty), directed me to Paul Cook at Post Creek Mortgage. I checked with other lenders but stayed with Paul. Not only was the interest rate great, the customer service was incredible. When Paul needed information from me, he created a list and I was able to check off the items I needed to submit to him. The entire process was not stressful because Paul is experienced, organized, and calm. Throughout the entire process, even after closing, I felt that Paul was accessible and there for me every step of the way. He promptly addressed all my concerns, not one minute was wasted with Paul. I felt like I was his only client. In the beginning, I had this strong sense that I could trust Paul. He proved to be trustworthy and dependable.   I have now used Paul twice to purchase a home. He is always responsive and will solve any issues that arise during the buying process. Both times he has made the closings process go as smoothly as possible and would recommend him to anyone needing to buy a home.
