  We were really pleased to have Melissa Debroux as our loan officer. She was always a text, call or email away when we had questions about our loan documents. She was even available during the evening when we inquired new documents to sign. We loved that she was able to join us on our closing day. Not only did we obtain our first home, but we also earned a friend. Thanks Melissa!

  It was my pleasure working with Mr. Damien Russell to refinance my home. Best overall experience. He keep me informed and always address my questions and concerns in timely manner. Felt like he was truly working for me. Damien and his team member, Emily were very professional. Looking for my next property to buy and use his services again! Highly recommended for Vietnamese nail salon owner, nail technician or pretty much anyone!

  I really enjoyed working with Damien. He answered all of my questions. Walked me through the process. He is very professional and knows his business. I have been recommending him to anyone ready to purchase a home. I have lupus and I’m on SSDI. He showed me how I could become a homeowner. After, others had told me I could not become a homeowner. He assisted me with my HOP grant and made the process smooth.

  Worked with Amy Le (HongTram Le). She helped us tremedously with the whole process of obtaining VA Loan for our first house. We cant say thank you enough for all the work you did to get us through from the beginning with loan application until closing. She was very responsive, helped us to prepare exactly we needed to do. Everything went so smooth. We got out dream home and now very happy with it. Will recommend her to friends and family.

  Damien was awesome! He made my experience very comfortable and easy. I applied to several different lenders who said no, but when I contacted PRMG and spoke with Damien, he said yes! Damien is very professional and always answered my calls and emails. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Damien and PRMG for making purchasing my dream home a reality!

  I enjoyed working with Mr. Damien Russell! He was transparent, direct, and very responsive. At no point did I feel pressure in the loan process. The process was seamless and everything turned out great just as expected! I definitely made the right choice by going with PRMG, especially with Damien.

  My experience was awesome. Damien Russell was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service through the entire process. I'm glad I chose PRMG for my refinance. I will be referring everyone I know who wants to purchase or refinance a home. Overall GREAT experience!

  I typically do not review but I feel I must warn others: Started working with PRMG at the start of August 2020 for a scheduled close in early September. Timelines were of little concern to the loan officer and communication was non-existent. Though I received closing documents days before the already delayed closing, I was asked for more information and the process continued to drag. I spent over $10,000 additional dollars in supporting the seller and other delay costs due to what I would deem incompetence. After nearly two months of no results and poor communication, I switched to another lender and closed in 12 days. I highly recommend not doing business with PRMG in Atlanta. They do not have your best interest in mind and did not communicate well at all. I will never seek to do business with PRMG again and would warn you not to either.

  I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Dehghani for my refinance. He is the best in the business with many years of experience. I refer to him as the Professor. He takes the time and goes through every step in the process. I truly felt like he worked for ME keeping my situation and interest as his primary focus. Thank you Mr. Dehghani for all your help. Now I have a Friend in the mortgage business :)
