  As an agent , I work with a lot of lenders That I love, but I have to say, Ben knocked it’s out of the park!! We close about 400-400 clients homes a year so we work with alot of lenders !! We had seller delays like crazy along with a couple bumps and he made magic happen! He is one of the most responsive, on top of things and problem solver type of mindset lenders that I have worked with in a long time !! I would 100% use and recommend Ben!   I really enjoyed working with Ben. Responsive in a timely manner, transparent and very honest. Many other lenders can be hard to read because they simply want to get a deal done. Ben seemed to genuinely care and was helpful in getting everything closed on time.

  Since I’ve purchased my house, I’ve refinanced 4 times and I must say this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Not only was the service quick and responsive, but also extremely thorough and professional. I truly saw Ben as a trusted advisor because he has a wealth of knowledge and experience!   This review applies to my loan agent - Ben Wong. Pros: Knowledgeable, prompt, streamlined application and platform, lowest rates between Quicken/Rocket and Loan Depot. Cons: None. There was one time we weren't able to get an appraiser to finish within the timeline, so the lender helped with some credits. The most note-worthy thing about my experience was the way information was requested, uploaded, and shared. The documents were readily available for each new refi/purchase, making my life so much easier compared to other lenders. I seriously don't know why other companies don't invest in the same kind of system for their clients!
