  I have been a client of PRS for close to five years and I could not be more pleased with that decision. All of their staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond unlike big banks. I have never had a negative experience even once. Their online services seem even more robust and secure than I've had with other banks.   Port Richmond Savings is a First Class operation. Old fashioned customer service and integrity. No gimmicks, no tricks. My relationship with Port Richmond Savings goes back some 25 years and not a single disappointment. Solid bank, solid people, solid way of doing business. I wish more financial institutions would be like PRS nowadays.

  Refused to open a savings account for me on the sole basis of the fact that my license at the time was from NJ. Where my license is from is not an indicator as to whether or not my money is green. Shame on you.
