PNC Bank Reviews

Parth Patel1Me and my wife walked in to open a joint account and the manager just did not want business? Like what? I did not make an appointment but just walking in the manager had a very bad attitude, instead of directing and advising me on how I could open an account she kept making excuses how I have to call in advance, I have to inform a teller…? Like okay we are past that, what can I do to open an account. Very unprofessional staff and am probably not opening a account at PNC! These people need serious training and need to understand how important it is to value the customers that walk in especially if they are opening a bank account!

E Serano2The tellers are professional and friendly. The bank is clean and it's at a good location. However the young lady at the information desk/receptionist needs to get a basic customer service training. Thanks to her "professionalism" I will be switching banks. With so many banking choices available my family will choose a bank with professional staff.

Mecca Operation1if you are interested in requesting international money transfers DO NOT USE THIS BANK. The staff is ignorant of handling this type of transaction. Instead of admitting to the customer that they simply don't know what they are doing, they lie to you and make you sit and wait, hour after hour. Finally, the public would appreciate it, if the commercial bankers would not extend their conversations with the customers after business is completed. There is no need to talk about your personal life issues during business hours, when other customers are waiting!!!!!!

Yocasta T Serrata1Sadly this bank has lost its groove. The line on a daily bases is ridiculous long with one teller at a time, spending more than 20 minutes on line! On the busiest days one teller and the Commercial line has been closed for over a month or more. They need to get a good management as they had before and step up the tellers.

Solivette Calderon1Terrible customer service!!!! I will be closing my account and opening some where else. I work in customer service and have all my life so I know how to go above and beyond for them!!! They need a regional manager there!!! To clean house and hire new people! Out with the old and in with the new!!!

Alyssa Alyssa3This is the only pnc in the area other then the location on rising sun ave so there both always full of people and the wait is always longer then expected but the customer service it’s great. I’ve been banking with them for years & my housing counselor told me to apply for a home mortgage with my bank since everything was good all I needed to do was go get a Preapproval letter from my bank well I spoke to a penny Williams and she was so kind and helpful she put me on the phone with a man named Sam a mortgage rep he told me everything was good I just needed to get my credit score up two more points two days later my credit score went up passed the two points he said I needed I called the mortgage rep and he still gave me another excuse then after I fixed that problem I called him again everytime leaving him several messages waiting for him to contact me back I finally spoke to my housing counselor because I was so tired I was really trying to get help with purchasing a home and she told to look at other options because they (pnc bank) doesn’t work with grants for the first time home buyers so she told me to go to Santander bank they ended up having a mortgage rep there face to face the “same day”spoke to me helped me out extremely guided me through the steps and process.

Eric McRoy1Horrible experience. The so called Asst MGR. Tomika Davis, and her co-hort Loretta Sample were unprofessional and know absolutely nothing about business banking. We have been loyal customers for years, and usually bank in New Jersey, so this really makes us question whether we should continue with PNC or NOT.

Max1Long lines always. Tellers texting on the phone instead of taking care of the customer. Really bad manager, as she never cares about the long lines, instead she keep chatting with the tellers and making people wait.

Kelly McNally1They suck... Every time I go there they can not accommodate me... They refuse to cash checks written on their company if you don't have an account there. They try to force you to open an account.. They couldn't give me an account at this business...
