Kaiya Babeyyy1You have some amazing working, but that need to work on they communicate skill, you also need to let them know that’s if it’s more then 3 people on a line you should have a mask on, everybody walking around with no mask, and you can’t tell the security to let one people in because they being confrontational, because then everybody gonna wanna come in & it’s puts the security at risk.

cydia banks1I was refused service because “apparently” you cannot withdraw from your ewf card here. Their location is listed on the dol.ny.gov website. I was told I should go to the check cashing across the road instead.Listen to the other reviews their customer service is very disgusting.

Zunilda Vargas4This is the first time I came to this branch due to my area branch closing, today is snowing a lot, thank God not that cold. Snow flakes were very think and cing that fast there were people waiting out side. The place is very small and due to the ti.e we are in, distance is important. I suggest for a canopy to be placed around the branch for weather changes while people wait outside. Once inside staff was very friendly and helpful this includes security. Lillian thanks for your kindness. Oh can zelle be added in the near future as well for PR, it will be very helpful, God bless you all.

Catherine Parrilla3Wait times are crazy. Especially for the older community. You guys need to do better and get more people in here so clients don’t wait more than an hour to speak to someone. Outside ATM always out of money.

mohammad telfah1waited 45 minutes , after that the banker said he cannot help me with my international wire transfer , he has no access to do that , then i had to wait again for the bankers who has the access to do that ! then the lady banker asked for the receiving bank's routing number !!! which they suppose to know already , other banks like chase or bank of america , never asked for that , the info i provided these 2 other banks were enough, after being there for an hour or so i decided to go to another bank and do it , its better to stick with the banks i been dealing with for about a decade , and i would rather pay the $20 for a business account with these banks , i thought opening a free business acct with popular is a better idea , but it was a bad choice ! never going to that branch again , no professionalism at all , even tellers were not welcoming , the teller actually forgot that i am withdrawing the money i deposited 10 minutes ago! and they she said ooh , i did not need the withdrawal slip , instead she will just do a REVERSE. , each one has to return to another one for help , and its really funny because the banker at chase told me i did not need a routing number for an international wire transfer , SWIFT AND ACCT NUMBER SHOULD BE MORE THAN Enough
