      Not sure who the low reviewers are? No comments on why they gave such a terrible rating. Anyhow, I've been a member since I was a child. Always fantastic service!!!For a short period of time as a young adult, I had a regular banking account. It didn't take long for me to realize the difference between that institution and POPA! Stellar customer service. Going to miss the one-on-one contact when I move out of the state. However, I know they will be just a phone call away!
