  Can't emphasize enough how much this bank helped me to straighten out my finances, obtain loans to pay off my debts and put me back on my financial feet! They offer absolutely amazing rates - On HELOC I received the promo rate of 2.25% which compared to 18% of credit cards APR gave me a tremendous savings - At Bridgeview branch they have extremely friendly, professional and well organized staff! Mrs. Magda N. and Mrs. Eva T. were very polite professional and patient to the maneuvers I was doing while establishing the final # of the deal. Greatly appreciated and truly highly recommended!!! - I will be back next year! Thanks again for your help ladies!

  I was denied a car loan by my bank of 15 years for the dumbest reason and was in a desperate situation where I needed a new car due to an accident but didn't have all the cash. This was the first place I called after my bank and Gosha was very patient with me and helped me every step of the day. Within two days, she was able to get me a car loan over $35,000 with a very low interest rate (mostly due to good credit history) and I was able to secure the deal with the dealer on the car. Without Gosha's help and patience, I would have never gotten my dream car. THANK YOU GOSHA, YOU ARE THE BEST!!

  I applied online to refinance an auto loan, the credit union rep Silva told me we were good to go just go open a savings account and then we are good - so i run out the house go to the bank open and deposit money into an account forward my bill of sale and now declined- please tell me why have me go open an account thinking evening is good to go and even saying we are good to go - are we now telling customers to get business anything so they can go open an account ?

  Their management isn't professional at all. They promised us one percentage rate for refinancing our car and then told us, that we have all that we need to get it. They were supposed to call us in 2 days, but we have no response in a week. When we came back there, we found out that our car is already refinanced, but we got 4.69% instead of 3.99%. And this is because our manager didn't know, what credit score you should have. She thought it is 20 points lower that it is demanded in their bank. So now we have to pay more, than we thought we should pay and we have no chances to change it.

  Not friendly and not responsive management I waited letter to management of this bankbranch had no response more that month After my calling manager did not apologize and didn't show me any understanding of my situation

  I do not recommend their Schoolarship program. A waste of time and so much. They say how much money they give to a student, but that is true. I do not recommend the bank.
