  Wish this rating system gave more stars. 😢 The fellas at Capital Auto are the friendliest most honest people I think I’ve ever met on a car dealers lot. They don’t hide behind walls and behind their salespeople. They are there. Live and aware of everything at every moment. They sell cars and trucks. Great cars and trucks and at a great value. They left me wanting to brag... I want to share this experience. 2020 nearly killed me with stress and anxiety. Mike realized that my excitement quickly turned to worry then to an almost panic attack. He handed me back everything I had given him and instructions on how he can better serve me. I didn’t come prepared and he walked me through every step and all the numbers. My anxiety and stress, and honestly a distrust for salesman, melted away. I couldn’t be more proud of this group. They will give you something you will want to brag about also. Go and see for yourself. Thank you Ali, Mike and to your young team. You all should be proud of yourselves of what you all have built.   While searching for a Mini Cooper Countryman on Car Gurus we came across the 2013 Mini at Capital Auto Finance. Photos of car were what we were looking for, for quality and price, so we emailed Capital Auto Finance and Mike contacted us the next day. We talked about terms and we were satisfied with the offer they gave us. With confidence in our bank and financing we traveled to Bridgeveiw Il., from South Bend IN. to test drive the Car. The car was mechanically sound and before we drove it home Mike offered some extra incentives to close the deal. We are so happy we took the trip and highly recommend their services. If they don't have exactly what you want we were assured they have the resources to find precisely what you are looking for. We drove the Mini off the lot and the trip home was great. Thanks again Mike and crew, for going above and beyond our expectations in the sale.
