  We worked primarily with Robert Miller. He was absolutely amazing getting us through our first home purchase. We're actually about an hour away from his office, and he worked tirelessly to make sure we were always one step ahead (almost everything done digitally/remotely to fit our schedule). He helped us navigate the process from start to finish, which was particularly impressive since we needed to close in under 30 days (made it with a few days to spare). Also just as important, our overall costs were fantastic. I'd absolutely recommend Robert (and also the rest of the team who I probably didn't get a chance to meet) for anyone looking to purchase their next home.

  We had to get financing on a single wide mobile home very quickly since our home was sold already and 2 other finance companies fell through prior. Polaris made it happen super fast.   I just closed on my home on January 21st! I cant say enough good things about Kevin and Dan! I came to them after spending three months with another Mortgage Company that couldnt seem to get through the fact that I had student loan debt. I think most people do have student loans, so I just didnt understand. I called Kevin for a second opinion. There was no hesitation from him when he said he could help me. Kevin and Dan did for me in one month what another company couldnt do in three. They are quick and responsive. They will answer any questions you have regardless if you've asked it more than once lol Holly is also great! You really cant go wrong with polaris home funding. They will save you the stress, anxiety and the ulcer you will get stressing out! Kevin, Dan I cant thank you so much for the help and reassurance and the quick process. I'm so happy to finally be a home owner!
