Literally every wk keeping us up to date, even if there was nothing to update on. If I had any questions they responded immediately, text or email they were there.   Wow what can I say. Matt and his team went to extraordinary lengths to help us close in under in 21 days. Everyone was kind, attentive and thorough. They really know what they're doing, communicate clearly and skillfully navigated us through a complicated and stressful process. Highly recommend.

  Cason Home Loans went absolutely above and beyond for me, they worked all hours of the day and night and Matt was always there to answer my questions no matter what time it was or how ridiculous of a question it was. You can tell that they truly care about the work they do and they truly care about their clients and want the best for them! I absolutely love my new house and never want to move (as of now) but if I ever decided to, I would absolutely go through Cason again and I am always going to recommend them for friends buying homes. They were beyond satisfactory for sure! Plus, because of the help of Matt and Robert, I was able to close only 25 days after my offer being accepted because they knew how bad I wanted to be in before Christmas! They’re just amazing

  Matt and his team were AMAZING!! We were working with another lender who was terrible they never kept us updated and the prices were outrageous with closing costs at over 6%. We decided to switch lenders and I’m so glad we did. Matt ALWAYS kept us updated on everything and if we ever had a question he or Becca was very easy to get ahold of. He kept us very informed to make sure we were getting the best deal on everything! He let us know that the home owners insurance we had picked (which we thought was a good deal because it was recommended by the old lender) was way too expensive and saved us $700 a year on home owners insurance! He really saved the deal and got us closed in 2 weeks with closing costs way lower than we expected!! We would recommend him to anyone! If we ever need a home loan again in the future we will be contacting Matt with Cason home loans!!

  I would've gave Cason Home Loans a 10 star rating if it was possible. Matt and his assistant Rebecca were great through out this whole process by making everything so easy and convenient.   Matt and his team were fantastic in every aspect of the word in helping my Fiancé and I obtain our dream home / first home. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly. Matt and the underwriter Becca we’re always available to answer my questions and typically got back to me with a matter of minutes, if not hours. They were able to find the best mortgage program for our needs, and with the best APR that could be found. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
