I’ve been banking here since 2013. I love it and the people there. There are pros and cons of course, like everything in life. I’m pleased with my bank and considering everything going on with the pandemic and having their lobby closed the wait is longer in the drive-thru, but that is to be expected. At least you can sit and wait in your car and listen to some tunes lol.

It seems like every time I try to make any type of purchase online, it gets flagged. Contemplating on switching banks because of this on-going issue. When contacting customer support, I was greeted by a snappy lady who was short with every question and was not polite whatsoever. She stated that my card would be available for use in 5-10 minutes, yet nothing works still. Not impressed.
