  I left feeling unwanted and highly disrespected. After making two transactions I asked the teller if I could have the code to use the ladies room. The manager came out off his office and stated "we don't have restrooms for public use". Excuse me sir its not like I walked in off the street. I am a multiple account holder who just made two transactions and I can not use the ladies room. Basically, my money is good enough for PNC but I'm not! I WILL NOT continue to do business with this establishment. The sheer lack of good customer service, poor judgment, humility and subliminal racism was truly astounding!

  Judy (savior). Was having issues that seemed to linger working through PNC telephone & chat customer services so figured I should stop in a branch for help. Judy knew what the issue was, came up with a temporary and a permanent solution for me. You can tell she cares and has learned just about everything over her 33 years at PNC.

  By far the best banking experience I have had in a long time. Kristin was great to deal with. she is a great asset to any place she choses to work at. I am sure I will see her more up through the ranks. Thank you Pnc for having clean , friendly and caring branch in my area. till next time

  Opened an account here with a woman named Cheryl M. A little over a year ago. I promised her that I would write her a review to her boss because she provided such great and entertaining service (My idea, not hers, -don't you hate when people pressure you to write these things-?)! Anyways, at the time I was just starting out on my college career and my student duties went into overdrive (what a cliche)! Cheryl, if you are reading this, I'm so sorry I never sent that review. You also should know I think about it all the time, and... Well... I guess the guilt and horrid shame finally caught up to me! You provided an excellent experience for what will forever go down in my personal history as the very first time I opened my own bank account! We had many laughs, including when we were talking about the time you auditioned for American Idol (and I believe made it to the 2nd or 3rd round, quite an accomplishment)! I'm certain that you have a beautifully strong country voice!! And even though we could be playful, you were able to bring the laughter down to a serious level, in an extremely professionally way I might add, any time I had a question due to lack of experience. You made me feel like a rock star! I hope you are living out your dreams! And I apologize for writing this review on google instead of to your boss... I managed to lose his business card, but I still have yours! Thanks again for all your help! Your forever PNC Pal (at least in my book!) -Allysa

  Awful service. Branch manager was very underwhelming. Knowledge of staff, namely higher management, on banking etiquette is extremely unacceptable.
