  I’ve used Jim at Concord Mortgage for 15 years now for new home purchases and refinances. He has consistently been knowledgeable and free with advice and market info. Concord has helped me with simple loan questions to the most complex. If you are hesitant to apply give them a call they’ll ease your mind and put you on a smooth path to homeownership. I always look for reviews to guide me on which business to use. Not knowing if the reviews are true. I’m not a paid reviewer, nor do I have any stake in Concord. They are just solid guys, led by a trustworthy man in Jim.

  We worked with Paul and his team during the process of buying a new construction home. As you know this process can go on for months. From the start Paul gave me and my husband key information needed for the process. He always made himself available to answer any questions that we had. He was very transparent, knowledgeable and even fun to talk to. From the start I knew that Paul knew his stuff and would work to get us the best deal. When it came down to closing there were a few issues that came up but in spite of Paul work tirelessly to get the deal done with the best rate possible (I might add).   We worked with lender Michael. He is very resourceful, timely, good communication and informative. He gave us all what we need for every single offer we submitted. He gave us satisfactory loan product at good market rate and helped us with closing. He was available in person on closing day and explained us what we are signing up for.
