  Gerry and Michelle were amazing throughout our entire house buying process. Michelle kept track of our records and Gerry was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well and made sure we got the best rate possible. There are parts of the home buying process that can be stressful, but working with the Manzi group made this one of the easiest parts. Especially as first time homebuyers, they held our hands through everything. They genuinely cared about our well being and I will use them again and continue to recommend to friends and family.

  I had Gerry refi my home in 2008 and in November of 2020 I reached out to him again to assist me in buying a home in Doylestown. Gerri and his team Brittany and Michelle were very engaged from day one. Communications were promptly responded to with accurate information. I drew a tough underwriter who was demanding updates 8 hours before closing. The team dealt with the underwriter and had us at closing on time.   I have used Gerry Manzi twice in the past several years – once to refinance and more recently to purchase a second home. Gerry and his team are WONDERFUL.
