  Horrible customer service. Appointment system doesn't work properly, set an appointment only to arrive and the person was at another branch.

  I have always thought that SECU had the best rates and not only did PNC rates are better there is also a no pressure loan approval right from the comfort of your bed. Customer service was amazing, the cleanness, brightness, glass every where and not so many pictures on walls and desk had me feeling free. I really enjoyed banking with PNC 💖

  I just love it. Opened an account 2 years ago. Staff is very friendly and available, I never have to wait in line more than 2 to 3 minutes. Their reward program is very good too, I make about $80 a month off of it.

  Laverne and Deb are great... Friendly, personable, funny and professional when it comes down to business. Don't remember the managers name but he's always been extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

  Have been in credit unions for 40 years, so maybe this is normal big bank - I went to open an account and a safety deposit box. I had all the information and cash to deposit - the person took over 1 1/2 hours to do the paperwork, mistakes all along the way. Finally got my keys and account, went home, got a phone call - they needed my keys back as the vault box , which I never saw yet, needed my key to place it in the vault. Then they had my name wrong on the account. wow, disappointing.
