  The people here were so rude. We were trying to explain the situation to them (we were closing an account) and they acted like everything the previous lady had said to us was a lie and it was completely our fault that we were misled. This establishment is more than pathetic with the way they treated us. We were trying to be understanding, but they wouldn't let us get a word in. So happy to be with Peoples bank now and not deal with their attitudes any more
