  I would normally give this branch 5*. I've banked here for many years and have always received excellent service. My recent interaction with Amanda was awful. She's rude and condescending. She was very unfriendly with me considering she was nice and helpful to the 2 people before me. Not even a have a nice day after I said it. I felt very judged and looked down upon. I'm the one placing my hard earned money there, I wasn't taking any money from her. Also she should not be discussing quite loudly that another employee who wasn't there at the time was short on her drawer

  556 location is HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do NOT go here. Short story, was supposed to close my account, didn’t, then allowed a 200 payment to hit the “closed account” I said I’d pay the debt and the woman then said that’s fine and she’d waive the fee. We then went to the bank and they said they can’t do that, the manager isn’t in there and she doesn’t know why the Teller would tell me such things. Therefore we went to the other location where a competent, knowledgeable and customer oriented manager took care of it immediately with no problem. Same company, a block away from each other yet the 556 bank was clueless and acted as I was out of my mind. Thanks Janell for messing everything up and giving us the run around. Couldn’t imagine why I now bank with PNC!!! If I could choose no stars I definitely would! They don’t deserve the one star!

  Nothing good to say. Took in wrapped coins I found metal detecting (so they were discolored and older). They gave me a deposit receipt and everything-$44 worth. Check bank statement the following week and no deposit shows? Call them and the lady remembered me and they had destroyed the money because it was in too poor of shape!? Didn't even contact my wife or I. Of course by this time deposit receipt is long gone. Next day all accounts of mine are closed and I will not be returning!

  They made me go online and now there app has alot of issues I would try another before them

  Usually good service. I've had a few not so great experiences, but overall it's a nice branch. The later hours are greatly appreciated.

  Would not cash a state check that was endorsed to me even though I had more than enough to cover the check in my account. I will be changing banks.
