  2+ years of banking with this institution, every month I have cashed a check when I get my disability, a couple months ago they were only allowing small amounts for some reason, now today they told me I can only have what I have in my account and Manager Ms. Wilkins claimed it has always been their policy, even though my register shows different every month for 2 years, needless to say, I closed my account and informed her I would let everyone I know they are not a good institution.

  The bureaucracy of this place is ridiculous , I will close my accounts and forget about this bank.

  The worst bank I have ever seen.. There has been nothing but problems with this bank. I dont know how anyone likes to use this bank.

  I would have to say I started the review by giving them 1 star and complaining but the male that works there (I believe he is the manager) went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.... and believe it or not I'm not a client there and I don't have a bank account. I stick with pre paid debit cards and I had an issue with my card. The lady at the walk up line would not help me even though I told her I had called in and checked to make sure what I wanted could be done. I left there highly ticked off and I really needed help so I called and talked to the male again. It was 5 til close but he made sure to assist me. 20 mins after there closing time he had called me back and had me come back in. He himself waited on me and made sure I got what I needed, I am very greatfull that he took time out of the day and out of his personal time to make sure I got what I needed and left there happy. To alot of people that would not seem major but to me it was, especially when I'm not an account holder. So thank u very much sir you are a true gentleman.

  It is a great bank with the most outstanding customer service I ever met in my life. Today, I was ready to drive off and the lady came out and handed my card which I forget to grab. Save me a heart attack. Thanks so much. 😊

  It's a bank, lol is any of them good. But I just went with a friend and they were nice to her, so I'll bumb my rating from a 1 to a 3.

  Refused to cash my IRS Refund check said it could be fraud!!! It's my check with my name really??? forced to pay 25 bucks to cash at check cashing store!!!!!
