      Esmeralda was awesome! I was locked out of my online account and frustrated that the representative couldn't help me on the phone. I expected more of the same when I went to the branch. To my pleasant surprise, Esmeralda and Kelley got everything done for me in that visit - new debit cards printed, online account set up, everything! They definitely turned me into someone thinking of dumping PNC after the horrible phone service into a customer! They were very pleasant and helpful.

      Do you want to call your bank 2-3 times a week and talk them through their job? Then this is the bank for you. Super stressful experience overall. Edit: came back to increase this to 3 stars. My accounts are now being managed by Esme, who is helpful and efficient.
