  I had a terrible experience here. They did not even try to help all I got was rude and condescending answers. I will never step foot in this branch again, nor use their ATM. I could throw a stone at this branch from my house. But they will never receive my business. Go to the main branch on Legacy and Independence, you will be glad you did. If it wasn't for the main branch and their top notch customer service, BBVA would have lost a longstanding, loyal customer due to this branch.

  After Columbus day BBVA was PNC and it was ridiculous. Manager and staff couldn't show how to use the app because they didn't even know how. Staff person Zain loves being argumentative and disrespectful.

  Worst service experience ever. Zes doesn’t know how to do anything for a customer or find solutions. He is a no person. Don’t know how this bank stays open.

  I’ve held an account for many years with this bank and I’ve always had good experiences here. The employees have gone above and beyond for me. Especially love the teller Kisha! A pleasure and I always leave with a smile on my face. Just makes my day so much better.

  Both advisors are slow, reactive and never follow up. After sending them several emails, the branch advisors never gave me answer neither follow up (I finally solved my issues through telephone banking). So discouraged and disappointed that have changed to CHASE. I am from Spain and still working there with BBVA since 20 years ago...There the bank service is top division, here is worse than bad.

  I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. I've been a customer for years, and they have always been professional, helpful, and reasonably quick to process transactions. I have personal and business accounts with them.

  The worst BBVA Branch location in the entire world. I went to this location to set up a business account. The banker took 4 hours and still did not set it up correctly.
