  I just spoke with Jose, gentleman who answers the phone, he was great! I had to verify some information and boy he went above and beyond to help me. His manager is also great. Very good team here and exceptional customer service! This is what customer service is all about!!!!

  I had a great experience with Texans on April 12, 2021, at the Springcreek Plano location. I had trouble at the ATM and did not realize lobby was open as it was a Saturday. I saw the Asst. Manager unlocking the door to let out a customer, as it was past 5:00pm. I stopped her and explained my ATM experience and she allowed me in to complete my business even though it was after hours. The teller, Clinton Sackett went above and beyond to assist me. This required him to stay past his normal work hours and he did it willingly with a smile. What a wonderful experience. Texans Credit Union is the best and I’m glad to be doing business with them since 1987.

  My friends and family have used TCU for car loans prior so I knew they had good customer service and great rates by word of mouth...but was blown away at how friendly and helpful Hogan was when I called to apply for a car loan. He was patient, helpful and gave me a great rate... SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other banks (yay for credit unions!) And better, of course, than dealership rates. I will be a customer for life and will refer anyone and everyone to them. Thanks again Hogan.

  After not having a working card and no money whatsoever, I tried coming in past 5 after closing. I couldn’t believe my luck when one of the tellers, April, took me in to help me take out cash, and even went above and beyond to help me get a new card the same day! April was very generous and I look forward to coming to this branch in the future!!

  Updated: I wish I could give you 10 STARS,I had to edit this to add to the fact that when I bought a new car and the Dealership tried to take advantage of me, Wanda and her team stepped up to the plate again and took care of me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH I have nothing but praise for this branch and their manager Wanda, never in the past had a problem with my money, but the day that my check didn’t clear on time (my fault for doing a night deposit) Wanda and her team went out of their way to make sure I have my money right away. Not only that but she advised me and helped with options to refinance my house and clear credit card debt, which so far is one of the smartest decisions I have made in my life. People say that in Credit Unions you are not a customer but a member, that’s very true here. Thank you very much for your help.

  I have been a member for many many years I just want to commend the staff they are friendly and professional. Today I visited the location on Spring Creek and Clinton was amazing his assistance was prompt and very satisfactory not to mention he is always kind and makes sure that all of my concerns are addressed and taken care of. Frankie is fairly new at this location and is truly amazing as well. The both of them provides speedy and accurate service I always look for them when I visit this location. Please keep up the good work good employees who care about their customers and or members are hard to find Im glad they are at this location keep up the good work guys it is truly appreciated.
