  the slowest bank around. spent 25 minutes waiting on them in the drive through , for hem to tell me they can't cash a check in the drive through , which I have many times at this bank .. you only have one teller so when I walked in there a line out of the building .... I was in here for 30 minutes and with only one person that moved the whole time , and your teller being all chatty about personal stuff not getting their job done. so I spent another day at his bank wasting my lunch break . get your effing crap together guys .. this is the worst bank I have ever been in , including first convienince in walmart. at least they are fast and know hat theyre doing. if I could give it zero stars I would.

  Walked in to make an appointment. Was told I can only do that on the app. Why? I'm here physically. Then told I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen. I asked if we could put our name down and come back at that time, she said no. WTH. If I have my name down for that time, why can't I come back to meet my scheduled time you told me? 0 stars if I could. I have been a loyal customer for a long time but this makes me want to switch. Feels like my loyalty/business means nothing. Nobody answered their phone when I tried to call and speak with a manager. Awful service.

  Terrible customer service. Rudest, most incompetent employees ever. They have poor security practices so I would avoid being a BOFA customer. I called out an employee for requesting two separate ID's (with mismatching names, forgot I gave her an old one) and she never even checked to see if it matched. When I told her, she glanced down and said "Oh it's close enough." ..... Uhm. What? So if anyone with a "close enough" name came, that's cool? Terrible. She got flustered when I pointed it out and she got super rude and starting waving her hand in my face and cutting me off. Went to get the manager who also said the same thing. "Well we assume it matches if it looks "close" enough. We do it with checks too, doesn't have to match exactly." Wow guys! You can cash checks not made out to you at THIS BRANCH. According to the branch manager, they don't care if your name matches the check your cashing. Stupidest thing I've ever heard. He then asked "What I'm trying to accomplish" but raising this argument. Nothing bro. Just that the security of your bank, as a customer, makes me uncomfortable. Great way to lose my trust. Not using this bank again.

  This bank lied and stole from me. I opened an account with the false premise that I'd be able to get both a debit AND an ATM card for a single checking account. I ordered checks under this false pretense as well. I'm a trucker, so I leave home for months at a time. Redundancy is necessary as a means of fund access when you're OTR in case the debit card is cancelled. You can't fit a 70 ft rig into a bank. AFTER I opened the account, they then changed their story. They said that I'd have to get an ATM card for my savings account and that if I used it over 6 times in a month, there'd be a 10$ fee. I then tried to close the account, and they said I couldn't until my checks cleared which wouldn't be until 8 days later. I will be gone by that time for 2 months. They sit holding my money for 2 months, and I have no good way to access it. I feel robbed. They should have at least returned the 23$ for the check books. I hope that they get sued.

  Slowest bank lobby I have ever been too. Doesnt matter if there is 2 people in line or 20. You will spend a huge amount of time standing in line. Most places would put another staff person to help when a line gets that busy but not here. This isnt once, twice, three time.... MULTIPLE visits.

  My day is always made when I see Luis! Who is such a gentleman. One of the fastest and accurate tellers at BOA!

  I don't know why you guys keep this location open. Zero customer service. Whoever is managing this location should be replaced unless this place run by corporate without an onsite supervisor . On hold for 15min. useless phone system doesn't recognize someone is on hold.

  Drive up ATMS "with teller assist" were dead. They were marked as "open" and had green lights. People were consistently driving up, getting nothing then having to drive all the way around the building to re enter the regular ATM line. It became hazardous when one woman decided to park her car in the nonfunctional ATM line and walk over and cut in to the front of the regular car line on foot. Tellers were at the window and witnessed this but did nothing.

  They have a bunch of unprofessional staff who do not do their job well. It is way crowded. The staff do not know what they are doing and the manager Asghar Khan is rude and arrogant person. They never help you in any way rather create confusion . 1 star is a lot for their poor customer service.
