      Horrible. Luz Berríos is pretty rude! She speak English to customers she knows they speak only Spanish. She is a bilingual but come on! Is it necessary to speak English to the ones you know they won't understand? Away from that, the experience on the bank is pretty good.

      Staff is friendly and helpful.People have to understand that they just can't drop everything and wait on you when their busy.It's not a Jiffy Lube otherwise maybe this place isn't for you.

      The ladies and gentlemen that work at this bank are phenomenal!! They go way above and beyond to help in whatever way they can. I’ve never encountered a group of people that are so helpful. I am most appreciative of them. Unsung hero’s.

      They won't cash checks. Other banks allow deposits from home, by photo. PNC is requiring me to physically come into the bank 3 times just to cash 1 check. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Also, they don't notarize. Every bank offers this service for free, except PNC in Rising sun. They have a notary, but their policy is that they won't notarize.
