PNC Bank Reviews

John Nation2Today, I spent 15 minutes in line to make a simple deposit. There was only one teller present, and the two customers ahead of me had long transactions. The teller seemed a little overwhelmed. But not so overwhelmed that he waited on two drive up customers who arrived after I did. The manager came out and introduced himself by first name only and offered the excuse that he was short staffed, which even if true, is not my problem, and what is wrong with a manager manning a teller window temporarily. I didn't think "sorry about the wait" was sufficient, so I called the BBVA customer service number. The overseas representative told me there was nothing she could do but give me the number of the branch. I told her that I had already talked to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do but give me the number. The tail is wagging the dog here, folks. The sad thing is, this used to be a great branch. The manager and tellers all new your name and greeted you when you entered. If this group cares about your business, they do a good job of concealing it. So if BBVA customer service isn't interested in complaints, maybe the folks who read Google reviews will be.

Donna S.5BBVA esp the one on Hillcrest, Dallas made me very happy today and deserve 5 gold stars for their excellent customer service. First a nice man answered the phone on the second ring, I asked about a notary and he said come on in they could provide one. When I got there Stacy, who was the notary, greeted me immediately and helped me right away. I was done within just minutes! So Happy! Especially because I first tried BOA, two separate branches, who, in total contrast, never answered the phone, just voice mail, so I tried their on-line scheduling which indicated no available appointments for at least two weeks ... after that I stopped looking and called BBVA. Thank goodness I did, very disappointed in BOA but very happy with BBVA! BBVA will be my first choice now for their excellent personal customer service!

Justin Gardner1The staff was extremely nice when I arrived and remained professional through our conversation. However, they couldn’t resolve any of the issues I was trying to handle. All I wanted was the ability to access my loan info online. I’ll stick with B of A moving forward.
