  I am a real estate broker and Richard helped a few of my clients out and did such an excellent job that I asked him to assist in securing financing for my own purchase. He did not disappoint. It was a tough transaction with builder who was very tough to deal with. Richard came in like the professional he is and calmed down the builder and got our transaction to the closing table with an excellent interest rate and on time!   Richard Ellis and his team definitely deserve a 5-star review. When purchasing my first house, I tried getting lending from four other companies, but to no avail. Being that this was my first home purchase, I had many questions and, of course, didn't have a lot of knowledge or experience. While these other sources were not helpful in addressing my concerns and questions, Richard and his team not only were helpful, but quick and enthusiastic to do so.   We LOVE Richard Ellis! He helped us through our first home buying experience and made it as easy as possible for us. He answered every question, explained everything we needed to know, broke it down for us in terms we could understand if I was ever confused, and helped us find all options available to us for our first home buying experience. He is an all around stand up guy! ...and despite how busy he was when we used him for home buying, we always felt like we were his only client. He made time for us always. ALSO, we ran into some snags at the title office when closing, and Richard went to bat for us and made sure the title company made everything right and then some. He was definitely on our team and made sure we were taken care of on all fronts. Since then, he's been available to answer questions for our family on a few different options we've looked at, even though we aren't 100% ready to dive into buying another home yet. He genuinely cares, and it shows in his work.

  Great service at NRL Mortgage! Richard Ellis and Ashley were very professional. They did everything I asked for with my refi. I got rid of my PMI, reduced my interest rate, and got rid of 7 years on my mortgage going from a 30 year note to 15 year. I am very happy with their service!
