      As experienced by others, this branch is a complete waste of real estate. There are no tellers, just go to a gas station and handle your business there. There’d be less of a line at the ATM.

      Drive thru takes a ridiculous amount of time to complete a simple transaction, when it happens to be open. I see why the ATM always has a line. You still can’t go into the lobby without an appointment, which is totally unnecessary. I’ll be moving all 3 of my accounts to LMCU this week, if I’m actually able to get someone on the phone to make an appointment!!!!!

      NOT A BANK - there are no tellers there. ATM only allows withdrawals of 500 USD. This place is a total waste of space.

      Long time customer here. Received "miscellaneous withdrawal" on my account which led to two overdraft charges. They would not reverse these charges. Leaving this bank forever. Poor customer service and problem solving. Employees are incompetent.
