  I used the customer service number to order some new checks, but they were set up to withdraw from the wrong account. However, when I called back to see what had happened, the service agent was very kind, helpful and apologetic and refunded the fees. Always great service from PNC.

  I've been banking with PNC for over ten years and have watched the bank excel in its customer service. The staff is very professional and sensitive to my needs and concerns.

  Before my car accident PNC helped approve me for a loan...I ended up closing on a nice house in Toledo where I was born. Although I regret not being able to open an account with them..(poor) 😂.They have lots of options to improve your credit. Just don't give up Toledo. Times are hard in this recession. Thanks PNC Toledo!
