  Don’t bother with this unprofessional, so-called, financial institution . Applied for a small home equity loan on our home that has plent of equity. We have excellent credit and high credit scores, yet this place didn’t even have the professionalism to contact us back after several attempts we made to talk to someone. This is not right, especially after dinging our credit and then just leaving us with no explanation of why they aren’t proceeding!

  Always treated well here. Now I know why I switched from a bank to a credit union. no more closing on "Phony Baloney" holidays.

  I just called to see about opening an account for my son and possibly open an account for myself. I was told that they was to busy to try another location. I asked if it would be better to set an appointment and once again said they are very busy and I might have better luck at another location. I currently bank at Huntington and i have never been told they was to busy to receive my money. All I can say is wow unbelievable

  I went inside to withdraw money from my account. The teller asks for my account number. I don't know it so naturally I offer my license. The teller says we don't accept that only account number. I'm taking back. Licenses are no longer acceptable for verification to get into my account? So the teller tells me to go to the ATM machine to get the account number. I respond back asking how do you get the account number? Do I select it from main menu? Do I have to withdraw money and it appears on my receipt? The teller says it'll walk me through it. I go to the ATM machine. Low and behold theirs no way for me to get my account number. I go to another Directions Credit Union and I was able to use my license to withdraw my money and they gave me my account number.

  This bank is absolutely ridiculous on drive thru times... 20-25 minutes Per person in line is insane!!!! So if you don't mind waiting over an hour to deposit or withdraw money, this is your bank.. maybe the tellers only know how to type 1 key at a time? Awful.

  Hi Kyle, our apologies for the long wait time. The Westgate Branch you visited has the most shared branching members out of all of our branches, which could be a reason for the long wait times, as those transactions tend to take longer. To help remedy the longer wait times, we suggest downloading our mobile banking app. Directions mobile banking app has a remote deposit feature that allows you to deposit your checks anytime, anywhere. And if you need to withdraw money, and the ATM line is too long, DCU members can use any Rite Aid ATM for free. We hope this helps, and we appreciate your feedback.

  Slow drive through. The inside service is much better. There maybe a rude teller from time to time, but the majority of the staff is very helpful and polite.

  One of the worst banks I've ever used. Coworkers with the same bank as I get their paychecks earlier than I do. When i pay for the extra fee for instant transfers from PayPal or venmo, the bank wont put the money in until 3 to 4 days after, when it's supposed to be there immediately. That's what paying the fee is for. Also doesnt take money out for transactions till weeks later or days later causing you to overdraft on purpose and then they hit you with more b.s. fees. I'm still currently waiting on money that should have been deposited this morning but isnt even showing on the pending anymore. Worst bank ever.

  I leased a truck from Direction credit union and was never told there was a 400.00 fee at end of lease and everytime you call the leaseing department you wait until next day for someone to call you back. Never go thu them again, plus you need to deal with CULA out of California and that was never disclosed. I have leased cars for 25 years and have never had so many problems turning in a car.

  this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here

  Very kind and served quickly. Real people who are interested in the best way to help you. I really appreciate it, as I have not had near the same service at PNC or anyone of the other banks around Westgate.........❤️
