  Ben and the team at Caliber Home Loans were absolutely fantastic. They were so patient and supportive as I worked through a challenging mortgage on my first home purchase. There were some zoning and construction issues which I needed to address and it ended up being more than any of us had planned on. I felt supported through it all and was impressed by their promptness and thoroughness. I would not have been able to buy this wonderful first home without their patience, knowledge and determination. I hope to work with them again in the coming years!

  The team at caliber were amazing! This was the best homebuying process I have experienced. Communication was outstanding! All responses to our phone calls, emails, and text were timely.   Ben Suttin and his team - I've worked with many different lenders as I was a Realtor in another state. I have to say that Ben and his team were the best lenders that I have worked with. I can't believe how easy, quick, and fun it was to use him as my lender. His team was there to answer any question I had and answer their phone anytime!
