      Made me wait 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Did a name change on my debit card, told the lady there was an issue with my name for my debit card she didn’t put the spacing right, she said oh don’t worry it will come out correctly when it prints. I leave with my new card and what do you know the name is WRONG! They need better people working here, need better customer service and knowledge of what they are doing.

      I've been a PNC customer for 5+ years. I called the Loxahatchee branch to find out if they had notary service. They put me on hold, then came back and said no problem. I drove 12 miles out of my way with the other party to sign the documents. When we arrived, they had us wait for 5 minutes, then went thru all the documents. After all of that, the notary refused to notarize the documents because the other signing party was not a PNC customer. That was really terrible customer service, and I believe it was in violation of the Notary Code of Conduct - Undue Cause for Refusal. Fortunately, there is another business in the same parking lot that provides honest notary service and was able to notarize the documents in a few minutes.

      Never had a single problem here. Everyone is professional, helpful and makes being broke a pleasure! srsly though it's a great branch.
