      I've been to pretty much all of the nearby PNC branches during the pandemic. In my experience this branch has been the most customer service minded team that try to alleviate the complication that is banking during these weird times. I do and will continue to drive out of my way to come to this branch.

      This bank has no idea how to handle this pandemic. No exaggeration the drive thru is 20 cars deep all day every day and they take 1 car at a time. All other banks have people walking the line and taking customers

      Horrible and unprofessional. I had my ATM card and my ID and was trying to withdraw some money. Then they wanted to see my pass port. Am I boarding onto an airplane? Who carries their passport?
