      Ill start by saying THE WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING and that is the only reason I am considering staying at this Bank as they have changed to PNC. My account is a mess due to this horribly planned transition. BBVA was amazing. Never had an issue. If you aren't currently with this bank I highly recommend you do not bank here. It is a complete mess due to PNC top level management. Hope they fix this or they may see many people leave.

      Waste of time and money, when this people charge there name from BBVA to PNC obviously avoiding laws suits, they lock me out of my account, I told me I had to start another account, what happened to my money?????

      So far I'm not happy with the transition. BBVA was an amazing bank. Mercedes, Bianca, and the rest of the staff are amazing. PNC needs to get it together or I may be forced to bank elsewhere.

      Waste of time and money, these people do not care about service at all, locked me out of my account two time before they charged there name. And will not let me back in to my account until I start another account, liars

During this time Mercedes Ramos has always supplied excelent service for me, and has made me feel very welcome every time I step in the door, Or helped me at the drive in window.
