  I met 3 kind and helpful ladies, working the weekend from neighboring PNC banks, who were each helpful in so many ways. After the changeover from BBVA, I was so afraid of the change of business but as it turns out, I have been pleasantly surprised. Thank you for helping me get my account set in a way that best serves me, now, for helping me wrangle my daughter and entertain her, and for answering all the questions I had today. I see you working your weekend out of your comfort zone and I see your genuine smiles. The Clems are grateful for you today.

  My worst experience in my life dealing with the mortgage department. I blame mostly their system which is an absolute distrust, disrespect and torture towards their customers. It is more than 3 weeks and they are still evaluating my file and every time they delay it for a few more days for example to find out if my car lease payment for less than $130 per month is monthly or semi-monthly. I have already canceled my purchase agreement.

  As I do love this bank in many ways, it does have downfalls. I’m from a place where banks don’t argue about why you need your money, they give it to you. I’ve had some pretty chaotic problems here at PNC. 1. I was depositing money and the ATM machine completely stopped working. I was unable to even access my account or even get my money. It froze mid deposit. I had to argue with PNC on why I for some reason deserved to have my money that was taken from me via ATM maul-function. I shouldn’t have to argue over my own money. The next situation was, PNC couldn’t find my transaction of $30. So in other words, I got robbed. Whats the point in having the bank and account if it’s not going to keep track of your transactions that you’re supposed to get after using the bank card? Lastly, I just don’t agree with the fact of being charged $15 a month just to have an account.

  Went there on a Saturday at 10:30ambecause my mortgage went fron BBVA to pnc and I wanted to talk to them about opening a banking account but nobody was there and almost a week later I haven't been able to get anybody on the phone

  stood in line for 30 minutes just to cash some coins just to only get 20 cause i did not have an account with them
