  Hi.. I was here at pnc yesterday as a small business customer.. Unfortunately they couldn't get me $4500 cash from my accounts.. The gentleman was saying do not enough cash available for rest of the day.. I have 4 business accounts And 1 personal account.. Can you imagine they are able to provide $4500 in cash.. I desperately called my friends to get me cash..

  Tried opening a business checking account with them. Asked me a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with opening an account. Lied to me and told me that it $1,500 to open an account with them when online it is $100 and I called another bank to confirm it. Told me it is money laundering if i put money from my personal account to my business account. I don’t typically use the race card, but I am a young black man who dealt a older white woman that I felt like that genuinely she didn’t want me to open an account with them. The banker was Annette B.

  The branch manager was very helpful and very friendly. Opening hours on Saturday is a big plus. Great job!

  Very bad workers. Had 5 people working today and yet only 1 was working on the front desk while the others were talking and didnt even try to help. Only i wanted was to make a payment. And oh the guy working on the front desk seemed bothered by my presence. Who ever was in charge that day, very bad supervision here.
