  Michael and his team get it done! I had a poor experience with a prior company and was referred to Michael at Fairway. I’m so glad because he was friendly, efficient and beyond helpful. He answered any question I had, and reassured me through the process. We were able to close in less than 35 days from start to finish. The process is of course stressful, and you’ll submit everything necessary to prove your capable of the mortgage but his team will make it happen (if you qualify of course). Thank you Michael, Peggy and team for your help and closing us in record time. Whenever house 2 is on deck, I will be sure to reach back out to Michael.

  Michael and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very personable, approachable and caring. They all handheld us all the way through our mortgage process. He called us to check in, answered patiently to all our questions, managed our expectations, explained any questions we had.
