      PNC is no longer a customer friendly bank. Since the Stop and Shop branch closed PNC has shut down customer convenience. Time to move on to much better banks in the area.

      I have been a customer for over than 20 years in this bank. I needed to notarise a signature and was refused by their notary public without a valid explanation that would make sense. I did notarise papers in the past, and never had any issues before. I am done with this bank. Closing my accounts due to unprofessionalism of the workers at Holmdel PNC branch, Rt 35, NJ.

      This location is not a bank.. for personal banking.. it changed to some ridiculous "business center ".. whatever that means.. but you can't deposit money.. or withdraw money.. and the closest one which was in the stop n shop just closed .. so glad the govt bailed out all the banks so they can not do business as banks..

      Not sure what happened... the girls working the counter are not friendly at all. I am in there at least weekly for business accounts, and they are quite rude to be honest. I thought at first maybe they're having a bad day, but it's literally every time I'm in there, they are not friendly. Like at least fake a smile, there not that busy like ever.....
