  Working with FFF has been a very satisfying experience considering how difficult and tedious the home financing or refinancing (as in my case) can be. The folks handling my loan are very professional, very patient, very understanding and very kind. My only advice for anyone going through this process, whether with FFF or any other mortgage company is good communication, especially toward the closing. Even where there were miscommunications it was worked though with ease and we were made to feel valued. Now the real test comes in how good the customer service is after the closing. Great Company, glad we called on a referral.

  Travis was exceptional from start to finish. He was swift and always available. Both he and Raven were extremely efficient and guided me thru what could have been a very frustrating process. Raven connected with me almost DAILY and was always available. We shared a lot of laughs during the way as well. Couldn’t have picked a better place!!!! Great job to Family First Funding!!
