  Highly recommended He processed a mortgage for our first home. I was very skeptical about loan officers but he changes my mind. He explained the entire process and guide us through each and every step. I called him millions times during my application and he was available to answer all my questions. I am glad i went to Jerry for my loan. I will recommend my friends and family to Jerry.

  Reviewing as an agent: My experience working with Jerry and his team is 100%, I recommend Jerry DeMaio to all my customers and while some may be pre approved already, I ask them if my preferred lender Jerry can just look over their pre approval so I can have peace of mind and more times then not, then want to speak with him as well. Jerry has taken customers who thought they couldn't or wouldn't ever be able to purchase a home, sits with them no matter how long it takes and guides them, schools them, essentially holding their hand, they take his advise and within no time I am selling them a home and making dreams happen... To describe Jerry in one word is impossible, he wears so many hats in this business and has helped my customers which in turn is helping ME.. I am blessed and privileged to work with him. I highly recommend !!!!

  My experience with Mr. DeMaio and his staff was amazing. It's very hard today to find individuals who are both professional and personnel.   3/2018-We could have gotten a better realtor, a better inspector or attorney but there is no doubt in my mind we had the right mortgage company behind us. They educated us and guided us every step of the way. It was the smoothest and easiest part of the process. 11/2020-Refinancing was smooth, quick and easy. Thanks again Jerry and team DeMaio. I will always recommend you guys when I see a family or friend in need of a mortgage broker or refinance.

  I used jerry a few years ago for our first home and immediately knew we wanted to use him again for our 2nd. He is great with communicating and staying on top of your loan each step of the way. He was able to meet a tight deadline we had too which was amazing. I highly recommend him to family, friends and clients. He makes a stressful situation very carefree!

  Jerry was the best!! We were very happy to work with him.. No issues he answered every question and every phone call ... believe me I had questions!! I recommend him. He has a heart of a teacher.. he will explain until you fully understand everything ...
