  Prior to meeting Megan, I thought I had met all kinds of nice, kind, and helpful people, little did I know I was wrong. Hands down, the most kindest and helpful person I have ever encountered in a bank. We clicked as soon as we met each other. I went in to open up my first bank account and she went above and beyond to make my experience fun and memorable because I always thought opening an account was going to be boring. I would 1000000% recommend the bank and their staff specially Megan. The manager of the branch was really nice to me as well.

  I have been dealing with a nightmare experience with Hertz rental car. Sparing the details I have met Banker Veronica at the Brentwood branch. I have never met someone so kind and helpful in the customer service world as Veronica! She has went above and beyond In everyway possible. It is so nice and refreshing to have someone sympathetic and understanding when dealing with personal finances. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that needs any banking services.
