  Went down to Giant Eagle/ Citizens Bank to see if they could cash my check because the branch in Westview used to cash my check from Express Temp Services. Big fat white lady with glasses and an old wrinkle face lady were soooo rude. Fat lady with glasses told me " This is CITIZENS, NOT BOA." Very condescending as if I don't know how to read their sign above their bank. Don't bank there.

  Everyone there is super friendly and very helpful. One of my favorite Banks I've ever gone to.

  If people work mon-fri 8 am to 5 pm, and the bank only works 9 am to 4 pm, how do you expect ppl to do banking with you? Or do you want ppl to take time off to come to the bank? You should be open at least till 6 pm on weekdays. Not so happy when i need an urgent service at the branch.

  have always had a great relationship with the people at this branch, thanks for always making the service personal, not just a number! and harry mazzarini, why are you bad mouthing the bank, go park at your own business... ???

  Everyone that works here is beyond friendly and they are truly there to help they just are the sweetest and kindest souls and I always come out of there with a smile just from the conversation which makes me feel great within itself .

  Will not be using this branch. Echo management who runs the town centre puts a limit on how long you can park in lot.
