      Very disappointed with their customer service. I was transferred through 4-5 different loan officers for over 2 months just to be told they are denying my application after they already instantly approved us for over $20k. Both my fiancé and I have 700 and near 700 credit scores, jobs and a good payment history. I don’t believe we were given a fair chance and I wouldn’t recommend their business for anyone else.

      Would not recommend Clearview. I called to inquire about a small personal loan and the person I spoke to said based on the information I gave them—I was upfront about a low (but not terrible) credit score and my income—and they said it wouldn’t be an issue to get a loan and encouraged me to apply. I did, for a lower amount than what I spoke with the person about and was denied and it dropped my credit score significantly. In order to apply for the loan, I had to open an account, so I opened a savings account. I made a transfer from a PNC account to the Clearview account and it posted to my PNC account, but it had not shown up in my Clearview account for days after it posted, and there was no record of any pending transactions. I called to ask about this and was told that they had no way of looking up that information, so there was no way to figure out where my money had ended up. I checked multiple times that I had the right account number for the transfer. It eventually did show up after nearly a week, but I find it strange that they have no ability to look up whether or not this transaction has occurred if it has been processed from the account it’s sent from and that it would take so long for it to go through and show up in my account if it’s been approved from the bank that it is sent from. So far, both interactions I have had with them have been frustrating and the people I spoke to were unhelpful. Update—a third issue. Inexplicably, it takes 3-4 days for money transferred through Zelle to reach the recipient from a Clearview account, despite it normally going through within minutes. It seems that everything you try to do with your account takes close to a week. Update—another problem. Called to see if I could put through a Zelle transfer sooner than 24-48 hours. Told that it’s not possible because I’m sending the money to myself, from a Clearview Account to a PNC account because you can’t make that kind of transfer from their app. They can’t put it through any faster. I asked if there were any options to transfer money to myself, and the only choices I have are write myself a check, which I can’t do because I don’t have a checking account/if I opened one it would take weeks to have checks sent to me, or go to a branch and take out cash, which I can’t do because the local branch isn’t easily accessible to me, a reason why I opened an online account. I asked if I could transfer the money sooner if I just closed my account, and if I did that, they’d mail me a paper check with the balance. This bank is an absolute nightmare. You’re better off keeping your savings under your mattress, at least then you have reliable access to it.

      Applied for auto loan fill out all information, they check my credit next day i get an email from Sheila O’Neill to send her my paystubs and i do that & she asks to call her, gave a call no answer so i send email to let her know i reached out with no answer. I've called her multiple times with no answer & sent a second email and still til this day no contact from clearview or Sheila O’Neill the Consumer Loan Officer. If this the type of service you give i dont want it and advise everyone to bank somewhere else.

      Displeased with the customer service, and coming to the end of my term on a loan I started with Clearview, Only to find out there are far more fees now, compared to what was discussed when I began... Moving onto another credit union to say the least.

      I absolutely love this branch. Everyone here is always so friendly, and greets me by name when I walk in. Unlike most banks and financial institutes, they actually care about their customers. I've been going here for a few years, and definitely recommend them over every other bank / FCU around. I do wish I could remember names(I'm sorry, I'm horrible at remembering names) but the lady in the first office to the right is awesome. When it was raining, she walked me out to my car with an umbrella. Highly recommend this location.
